Story:
Hari and Ram are conjoined twins. They are separated after a complicated surgery. While Hari is completely fit, Ram has a small problem. His brain has not been fully developed and this makes him react violently to any insult.

While they are about eight years old, Ram tries to kill his brother Hari for being intelligent than him. Their father Chandramohan is furious and scolds Ram. Ram’s mother Seetha leaves home with Ram.
Hari grows up and becomes an IPS officer. Ram is still seen as a violent guy who cannot bear to see anyone being termed as more intelligent than him.

At about this time, two murders take place – one is journalist Prabhakar and the other is of Dr. Rajiv Kanakala. Priyamani enters the scene as a banker and tries to woo Hari. But he does not reciprocate her overtures.
Health minister Kota Srinivasa Rao is the elder brother of Dr. Rajiv Kanakala and he is naturally livid at the murder of his brother. He suspects that it is the work of Ram. Meanwhile Priyamani reveals her true identity as that of a CBI officer. She takes Hari into custody.

Now the plot thickens and the reason and motive for the murders have to be established. While everyone suspects that Ram committed the murders, Hari takes it into his hands to finish off the evil health minister and his gang who are trying to introduce a deadly virus into the country and want to make profits by supplying the antidote too.

After a lot of drama, Hari finally finishes off the culprits. What happens to Ram is the suspense element in the film and must be watched on the screen.

Performance:
Kalyan Ram plays a dual role, that of a police officer and a violent young man Ram. While he does a pretty good job in his role of Ram, his role as police officer does not offer him much scope to perform.
Kalyan Ram has improved a lot and he has put in his 100 percent in this film. Kalyan Ram scores good marks for his performance. Priyamani as a tough CBI officer does justice to the ole. Brahmanandam manages to raise a few laughs. Ali has another routine role. Venu Madhav appears briefly and is his usual self. Kota Srinivas Rao as the evil health minster is adequate. Sindhu Tulani once again plays the role of a TV reporter and does a neat job. The rest of the star cast is okay.

The music is a bit loud at times, and the background score dominates he proceedings. The fights have been composed well and the cinematography is of above average standards. The film is good in technical and production values.

The director confuses everyone with too many turns and twists. The violence is also a bit too high and all the blood and gore is a bit repulsive. The film is a strict no-no for kids and to an extent the women audiencetoo. The film may appeal immensely to the young audience.

Director Harshavardhan seems to be unclear as to what exactly he was making – an action film or a psychological thriller and in the end, he comes up with a mishmash that is not entirely palatable.
